With decades of experience in business development, insurance, private investments, and hospitality operations, he brings a strategic mindset to how Omis approaches partnerships and client onboarding.

As a former Executive Vice President at Phoenix Enterprises, Mark helped lead investments into public companies while developing deep expertise in operational improvement, leadership, and financial strategy.

He has also spent more than 25 years advising businesses on risk management and long-term planning, giving him a well-rounded understanding of how companies scale and protect their success.

At Omis Digital, Mark provides advisory support to leadership, assists in expanding our professional network, and helps ensure the agency continues to align itself with ambitious clients and strong collaborative partners.

Mark holds a Bachelor of Science in Communications from Syracuse University. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with family, following sports, and supporting entrepreneurial ventures.
