About The Client

Many organizations want to be more inclusive but don’t know where to begin. Inclusion can feel abstract, overwhelming, or purely theoretical, especially when leaders lack a clear framework for action. The website needed to address these uncertainties while clearly explaining the Institute’s services, philosophy, and real-world credibility—without oversimplifying the complexity of inclusion work.

We designed a narrative-led website experience that meets visitors where they are, starting with the right questions rather than prescriptive answers. Messaging was structured to emphasize listening, learning, and progress over perfection. Services were clearly organized around inclusion consulting, assessments, Ultra-Accessible™ standards, training, and research, helping organizations understand both the “why” and the “how.” The site also highlights real-world proof through case studies, news, and thought leadership, reinforcing the Institute’s authority and impact. The overall design balances professionalism with empathy, reflecting the Institute’s mission to turn accessibility into belonging.
