Helping a 70-Year-Old Pharmacy Build A Modern Website
Omis Digital partnered with Central Drug to redesign their website and modernize their digital presence while preserving decades of trust and clinical credibility. The goal was to clearly communicate their role as a personalized, science-backed compounding pharmacy, highlight their PCAB accreditation, and make it easier for patients and providers to understand and access their services.

About The Client
While Central Drug had decades of trust in the community, their website did not fully reflect the depth of their expertise or the personalized nature of their care. Important differentiators—such as PCAB accreditation, sterile compounding capabilities, and individualized treatment plans—were not clearly communicated. The site also needed to balance patient education, compliance, and accessibility without overwhelming users or feeling outdated.
The Problem
We redesigned the website with a healthcare-first, trust-driven approach that emphasizes clarity, credibility, and personalization. Messaging was restructured to clearly explain what compounding is, why it matters, and how Central Drug differs from traditional retail pharmacies. Core services—men’s health, women’s health, and weight loss—were organized into dedicated sections with simple, patient-friendly language. Visual hierarchy and layout were optimized to highlight PCAB accreditation, decades of experience, and the collaborative care model between pharmacists, providers, and patients. The site was built to remain compliant, accessible, and easy to update as services evolve.
