CASE STUDY

Client
Black Saddle Capital Partners is a Dallas-based private credit firm. They lend to private equity sponsors in the lower-middle market. These are funds that buy and grow companies under $1 billion in size. Their deals run from $10 million to $30 million, and their work is built on trust. They sit across the table from some of the sharpest money managers in the country.
Problem
Their old site didn't match who they are. It was a wall of text. The positioning was buried in jargon. The photography was generic stock. Mountains, city skylines, the kind of images that could belong to any firm, anywhere. For a team that wins deals on discipline and relationships, the site sent the wrong signal. An LP or a sponsor landing on that page didn't see a top-tier private credit shop. They saw a template.
Solution
We rebuilt the entire site from the ground up in Framer. New structure, new copy, new design, new photography. The hero now says what they do in one line: flexible capital for lower-middle market sponsors. Their strategy is broken into four clear pillars. NAV Loans, Preferred Equity, Sponsor Finance, and Co-Investment. Now a visitor knows in three seconds whether Black Saddle is a fit. We added a clean Investment Parameters section, a representative transactions showcase with real deal sizes, and a team page that looks like the partners own the firm. Fast, mobile-clean, and built to feel institutional.
Results
Black Saddle now has a website that matches the caliber of the firms they work with. Sponsors, LPs, and advisors land on a page that reads professional at first glance and specific on the second read. The positioning is sharp, the deal examples are credible, and the team looks the part. It's a site the partners can send with confidence. Whether they're pitching a fund, following up on a referral, or closing a new facility.
