About the Role
At Omis Digital, we’re redefining how modern websites are built — and we’re looking for a talented Web Designer to help lead that charge. This role is perfect for someone who lives at the intersection of visual storytelling and digital usability. You'll work closely with clients, developers, and our strategy team to craft beautiful, conversion-optimized interfaces.
Key Responsibilities
Design clean, responsive websites from concept to final handoff
Translate client needs and brand guidelines into intuitive UI/UX flows
Create high-fidelity mockups in Figma, maintaining design consistency and accessibility
Work with developers to ensure pixel-perfect implementation across platforms
Participate in client calls and feedback loops to iterate designs
Stay current on design trends, interaction models, and web standards
Qualifications
2+ years of web design experience, preferably in an agency or startup
Strong portfolio of responsive web designs
Advanced skills in Figma and Adobe CC (Illustrator, Photoshop)
Understanding of accessibility (WCAG), UX patterns, and mobile-first design
Bonus: Experience with animation tools like Lottie, After Effects, or Framer
