About the Role
We’re looking for a persuasive and persistent SDR to help drive the growth of Omis Digital. You’ll reach out to business owners, startup founders, and marketers to introduce our modern web design services — and book qualified calls for our team. If you’re hungry, coachable, and metrics-driven, this role has serious upside.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for our sales team
Track outreach in our CRM and refine messaging based on response rates
Research and build outbound lead lists
Follow up diligently with warm leads
Qualifications
1+ year of sales or lead gen experience (B2B preferred)
Strong written communication and follow-up skills
Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email tools
Self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented environment
Bonus: Knowledge of web design, marketing, or agency services
