The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads, setting appointments, and assisting the sales team in driving new business. This role requires a proactive approach to lead generation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with potential clients.

Responsibilities

  • Research and identify potential clients within our target market.

  • Use various tools and platforms (LinkedIn, cold calling, email outreach, etc.) to generate leads and set up meetings with decision-makers.

  • Qualify leads based on business needs, budget, and timeline.

  • Maintain and update lead information and sales activity in our CRM system (HubSpot).

  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client experience.

  • Develop and execute outbound prospecting campaigns to engage new leads.

  • Follow up with leads to keep the pipeline full and ensure consistent outreach.

  • Track and report on sales metrics and KPIs to measure performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Participate in training and sales meetings to improve skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as an SDR, sales associate, or similar role in a B2B environment.

  • Strong understanding of sales processes and lead generation techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to build rapport and establish strong relationships with prospects.

  • Experience using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and other sales enablement tools.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.

  • Ability to handle rejection and stay persistent.

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
