About the Role
We’re looking for a persuasive and persistent Account Executive to help drive the growth of Omis Digital. You’ll reach out to business owners, startup founders, and marketers to introduce our modern web design services — and book qualified calls for our team. If you’re hungry, coachable, and metrics-driven, this role has serious upside.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct cold outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other channels

  • Qualify leads and schedule discovery calls for our sales team

  • Track outreach in our CRM and refine messaging based on response rates

  • Research and build outbound lead lists

  • Follow up diligently with warm leads


Qualifications

  • 1+ year of sales or lead gen experience (B2B preferred)

  • Strong written communication and follow-up skills

  • Familiar with CRMs (HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and email tools

  • Self-starter who thrives in a goal-oriented environment

  • Bonus: Knowledge of web design, marketing, or agency services
